Brikka is a blockchain-based platform that enables tokenization of real estate projects. It connects developers seeking funding with investors who want to participate through digital assets. Users can invest in different components of a construction project represented as tokens, allowing participation with different levels of capital.

Approach & Vision
The full product experience was designed including the landing page, investor platform, and project management dashboard. The goal was to structure complex processes — token creation, investment simulation, and wallet management — into an intuitive and understandable experience.
The goal was to democratize real estate investing by allowing participation with smaller capital through tokenization. The design focused on communicating security, transparency, and control over investments.
The Challenge & Design Solution
A major challenge was integrating decentralized wallets and multiple token types into clear investment flows. The system needed to manage multiple token types associated with different parts of each real estate project while supporting investment flows connected to decentralized wallets.
Users can explore projects, simulate returns, connect their wallet, and invest directly within the platform. An administrative dashboard allows developers to upload projects, configure tokens, and manage investment parameters.
Key Results
A functional MVP of a real estate tokenization platform was delivered and prepared for validation. Although the client decided to pause the project due to changes in the economic environment, the product remained ready for further validation and potential launch.
